Filtered Projects: Prevent Development of Risk Factors

Goal 1: Prevent Development of Risk Factors Objective: Through population and clinical approaches, increase the percentage of children and adults who engage in heart-healthy behaviors to prevent the development of cardiovascular disease risk factors.
