Weekly Pledge

I'll participate in a tennis tournament while on vacation

This pledge cannot be done regularly or last over time. It can only be done if a tennis tournament is available, or if someone is on vacation.

A pledge that could be done regularly over time is:
"I'll play tennis at the local court for 30 minutes every week."
