-Blood pressure education presented by a registered nurse
-Blood pressure screening
-Plan of action to improve your health and wellness
-Monthly follow-up coaching sessions for 6 months.
I will personally help you to develop a plan that tailors your needs! I’ll call you once a month and offer support and encouragement to you for six months.
The program will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2009 at 11:00-12:30 p.m. at Greater Harvest Baptist Church
