The CVH 2002 post-conference Web site is intended to further the objective of the National Conference to address the cardiovascular challenges set forth in Healthy People 2010 as well as the overarching goals of increasing the quality of and years of healthy life and eliminating health disparities. The site is designed to promote the dissemination and application of the information presented at the conference and also to further the partnership and collaboration that was such a core element of CVH 2002.
